QUALITY ASSURANCE IS STRINGENTLY ADHERED TO AND MONITORED

All staff and subcontractors are placed through an internal induction, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Complete induction at commencement
  • Tool box talks
  • Risk assessment and management
  • Emergency procedures
  • PPE
  • Safe housekeeping practices

We provide job specific SWI’s to our contractors, these include warnings for possible risks and hazards, which may occur. This is in addition to our regular schedule of inspection to ensure guidelines and safety is maintained.

MINIMISATION OF WASTE

  • All materials are sorted and categorised into reusable, recyclable or refuse on our premises.
  • We have here on site racks and storage facilities for reusable materials
  • We have segregated areas at the factory for waste products into appropriate categories
  • All asbestos waste is managed according to EPA regulations.
  • Green waste is mulched and reused if possible.
  • Building waste is sorted: Reusable or disposed and dealt with accordingly.
  • Any building materials e.g. aluminium, timber, steel & concrete are sorted into categories and recycled.
